They have different ABO phenotype as a result from different blood group identification and the emergence of uncommon phenotype in the genetic system. This discrepancies investigated further through molecular method (genotyping) by Polymerase Chain Reaction Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR RFLP). This study aim was to confrim the suitability of ABO blood group system genotype between that investigated through serological method and direct PCR-RFLP method.
