This phenomenon also interpreted differently by each individuals, following their growing mindset. In this regard, there is moral dilemma to justify their behavior which right and wrong. By applying social construct as the main theory, researcher also elaborate moral judgement and technology acceptance model (TAM) to process and analyze their discourse through chat/discussion in virtual communities (Discord). By using digital ethnography method, researcher succeeded to find justification discourses for free movies download activities. Despite from debates and controversial issues over their justification, free movies download is part of digital piracy phenomenon that they ignore whether it’s right or wrong.
