By applying social construct as the main theory, researcher also elaborate moral judgement and technology acceptance model (TAM) to process and analyze their discourse through chat/discussion in virtual communities (Discord). By using digital ethnography method, researcher succeeded to find justification discourses for free movies download activities. Despite from debates and controversial issues over their justification, free movies download is part of digital piracy phenomenon that they ignore whether it’s right or wrong. However, justification for free movies download will be associated with situational discourse, values, feelings of security, economic benefit, unfairness, and moral resistance.
