Infusion of paracetamol was given to patients with various of ages and diseases. Patients who got rational therapy were as many as 21 patients (42%), while 29 patients (58%) did not get rational therapy. The appropriateness of indication, patient, medication, dosage, and duration of infusion was found to be 98%, 100%, 68%, 88% and 78%, respectively. The average value of temperature reduction 2 hours after administration was 1.16 °C and the patients who reached to normal body temperature were of 48%.
